What is built and gated
Every gate here is named, not hidden.
Our code runs on one rule: an unfinished feature stays unavailable, it does not get shown as if it works. This is the same rule applied to this page. A codebase that fails closed instead of half-working is the credibility claim, not a caveat.

Rails are complete. They fail closed without Stripe keys, so no dollar has moved through them yet.

Livecoding.tv, Strow.io, Caffeine.tv: four attempts, four different deaths, and capital made it worse, not better. We already have revenue, and we grew an audience by accident. We are keeping them in that order. The show is distribution. The shipping is the business. The day that inverts is the day we become the next name on that list.
